Refund and Cancellations Policy

Eco Foundation for Research & Training follow refund and cancel policy based on given conditions:-

1.) We refund full donation paid by online in the case of any donation received by mistake or fraud.
2.) We refund payment in 7 working days after confirmation from our billing and payment gateway provider team.
3.) We need written confirmation to refund amount within 3 days of the transaction. In case if donor will not claim refund or cancel payment then this amount would be utilised for charity and in that case, organization would not be responsible to refund or cancel amount.
4.) For cancel or refund you can send us email at info@upkarngo.org along with payment and donor details. We will reply in 48 hours by email or phone.
